All subscription payments are non-refundable once the 7-day free trial period has ended. This includes partial months, accidental purchases, or unused time.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
We may offer refunds only in the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, at our sole discretion.
